job summary:
We are looking for an IT Operations Analyst with intermediate experience and 3-5 years of experience in NOC (preferably) or enterprise Service Desk. The ideal candidate will have a technical background and be familiar with a variety of IT systems and tools.

work hours: 3pm to 12am

responsibilities:
Required experience:
Intermediate experience level with 3-5 years of experience in NOC (preferable) or enterprise Service Desk
Windows 2016 and up
Familiarity with monitoring tools such as OpenText Operations Bridge Manager (OBM), Network Node Manager (NNMi), Microsoft Systems Center Operations manager (SCOM), or other related monitoring tools
OpenText SMAX or related service management software
Familiarity with VMware, Network Circuits, Windows Server administration, helpdesk support and backup systems a plus
