We're looking for someone who is ready to take their accounting skills to the next level and contribute to our dynamic environment.
salary: $62,000 - $64,000 per year

Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of the general ledger, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end close processes.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP.
Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
Track and report on property income and expenses, including rent collections, property management fees, and maintenance costs.
Assist in the financial aspects of property acquisitions and dispositions, including due diligence and transaction accounting.
Ensure compliance with real estate-specific tax laws and regulations, such as property taxes and depreciation rules.
Monitor project budgets, cost allocations, and job costing to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of construction expenses.
Manage construction draw requests, progress billings, and subcontractor payments.Prepare and review project-specific financial reports, including work-in-progress (WIP) reports and variance analyses.
Assist in the preparation and submission of financial documents required for construction loans and funding.
