salary: $16 - $18 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Commencing Production: Initiating production operations promptly at the scheduled start of the shift.
Safety Assurance: Ensuring the safe operation of all manufacturing equipment by checking and confirming the functionality of guards and emergency stop buttons before the commencement of production.
Documentation and Reporting: Completing various checklists and operator production sheets before and after production. Additionally, may be required to generate production reports on an hourly basis.
Quality Manufacturing: Executing the production process to guarantee that all manufactured products meet specified quality, quantity, and packaging requirements as per customer expectations.
Adherence to Standards: Following HPPS, Lean Manufacturing directives, ISO 14001 environmental requirements, and TS16949 standards as outlined by company policy.
Flexibility and Team Support: Accepting assignments and additional responsibilities to support team objectives and overall operational efficiency.
Comprehension and Adaptability: Demonstrating an understanding of operational work instructions and promptly adapting to changes in processes.
Physical Requirements: Being capable of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds overhead when necessary and standing for extended periods as dictated by operational needs.
Attendance and Dependability: Demonstrating a track record of good attendance and reliability from previous employment experiences.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 20lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
