Responsibilities
·Troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and servicing of technical equipment and systems.
·Managing on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testing of technical equipment.
·Diagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions.
·Producing detailed service reports.
·Documenting processes and leveraging change control protocols.
·Operating vehicles and machinery in a safe and prudent manner.
·Following company procedures and protocols.
·Cooperating with technical teams and sharing information across the organization.
·Making appropriate recommendations and briefing on repairs, diagnostics, and equipment specifications.
·Evaluate and repair/replace damaged or worn components (cables, electronics, etc.).
·Test machinery and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper operation.
·Perform routine and preventive maintenance (PM) work on technology systems on equipment and vehicles.
·Read and understand operating manuals, blueprints, and technical drawings.
·Inspect parts for damage or excessive wear using micrometers and vernier calipers.
·Repair, rewire, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
·Install, configure, maintain, and update field systems, including, but not limited to, fleet management (electrical cabling, antennas, radios), slope stability monitoring, and high precision guidance systems.
·Maintain connectivity to field equipment by configuring and troubleshooting wireless LAN/WLAN issues and resolving them in a timely manner.
The essential functions of this role include:
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 12 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends

Mechanical Maintenance (1 year of experience is required)
