Would you say you have stellar administrative experience? We are currently recruiting for a temporary Membership Coordinator for a local reputable company in the downtown area. The ideal candidate would be very comfortable communicating with customers over technology, performing administrative work, and present professionally. Responsibilities
Verify information, make activity notes, and update contact information.
Utilize Nice InContact, an integrated soft phone, to manage incoming and outgoing contacts.
Assist businesses reaching out to company and making proactive outgoing calls and emails related to accounts that have not fulfilled program requirements.
Majority of the role is on the phones so must be comfortable communicating through technology and deescalating frustrated customers
Other administrative duties as assigned
