We are seeking an experienced and organized Production Manager to oversee the efficient operation of our warehouse facility. As the Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising warehouse staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods within the facility. This candidate will need:
Proven experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain processes.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve operational challenges.
Attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping and inventory tracking.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive production schedules based on customer orders, production capacity, and inventory levels.
Coordinate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.
Optimize production workflows to minimize lead times and maximize efficiency.
Implement and maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
Ensure compliance with aerospace and defense industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., AS9100, ITAR).
Develop relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors to maintain a reliable and efficient supply chain network.
