Responsibilities
Experience working in a manufacturing/production environment a plus
Assist in developing production schedules based on demand forecasts
Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for optimization.
Assist and provide leadership to production staff, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
Assign tasks and responsibilities to production workers to ensure smooth workflow and optimal utilization of resources.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
Maintain accurate production records, including production reports, work orders, and inventory records.
