Responsibilities
Conduct monthly carrier performance analysis and review
Assist in carrier sourcing, selection and execution planning
Develop and/or support cost savings initiatives in conjunction with logistics operations
Liaison between carrier and operations for issue resolution
Process creation and implementation
Review of international documentation as needed
Support full scope of carrier implementations for TMS
Resolve global transportation issues with carriers and brokers
Alignment with regional/global teams on improvement initiatives
Freight invoice audit and invoice dispute management
Skills
Global Supply Chain (5 years of experience is required)
Freight cost management
Delivery performance
Delivery quality
Customer Satisfaction
Cost efficiency
Global Inventory Management
Global Import/Export processes
Supply Chain data analytics
Inventory Auditing
Blue Yonder (5 years of experience is preferred)
WMS (5 years of experience is preferred)
