Are you seeking an outside sales role in the printing manufacturing industry? We are seeking an outside sales representetive with atleast 2 years of outside sales experience who is eager to handle an expansion in our North East of PA, NY, and NJ. Responsibilities
Ensures the quality servicing of customers by monitoring key indicators and reports as provided by the Vice President of Sales.
Ensures that assigned sales and gross profit goals are met for the proper products as communicated by the Vice President of Sales.
Assists the Vice President of Sales in establishing realistic sales goals.
Monitors sales results for potential improvements and variances from plan and takes appropriate actions.
Ensures that sales expenses are reasonable, appropriate and within the expense budget.
Monitors competitive activity in the market and identifies new competition and/or changes in competitor's activities.
Identifies quality, timeliness or perceived value problems reported by customers, as well as requests for new services.
Stays current on industry trends.
Maintains cooperative working relationships with all company employees. This includes "inter" and "intra" departmental employees. Also included are all customers, suppliers, etc.
Maintains strong customer relationships and also executes strategies for attracting new customers.
