Do you have a desire for problem solving and helping customers? We are seeking a customer service representative with 2 years of experience to service our customers in the printing manufacturing industry and has the ability to work well with other departments such as our sales department. Starting pay is at $21/hour and having experience in the printing industry is preffered. If you are interested to learn more, please reach out to us directly!

Responsibilities
Receive job specs from salesperson or customer, compare it to the existing estimate. Note any deviations or changes and follow through with re-pricing and updating both the information system and necessary paperwork, in order to capture any additional charges.
Process work order by assigning job number and entering information in Excelsus Solutions information system, prepare job bag for Prepress and turn into the respective departments in a timely manner.
Submit all necessary information concerning important details the customer is requesting to the Scheduling/Planning Department for a Job Production Schedule.
Explains in detail the requirements of each job to the Production Planning Department, Pre-Press Manager, Finishing Manager and Press Room Manager, as needed. This is done through Pre-Production meetings for complex projects.
Prepare detailed notes or spreadsheets for pack outs or large projects as necessary for manufacturing or packing.
Reviews all proofs before releasing to customer for final print approval.
