This team specializes in supporting their clients and investors who are fluent in other languages such as Spanish, Cantonese, and Mandarin. salary: $19.99 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
• Assisting both new and existing international clients and investors
• Mostly verifying clients, assisting with web access, password resets, providing commonly asked information for clients who are transitioning over to new firm
• Complex issues or stock trading and product inquiries will be transferred or escalated to a registered broker
• Language test required during training - must be fluent in the 2nd language
Example of questions asked:
• Can you show me how to deposit money into my account?
• How can I change my address or phone number to my account?
• How can I transfer funds from another firm into my account?
• Where can I find forms?
• Can you help me reset my password?
