salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and adherence to production schedules.
Monitor workflow and make adjustments as necessary to optimize efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of production workers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and expectations.
Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
Implement and maintain quality control procedures and processes.
Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions for staff.
Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and increase output.
Maintain accurate records of production activities, including production logs, quality reports, and inventory levels.
Prepare and present production reports to management.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 6 hours at one time
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
