One of the largest, most well respected, plaintiff's personal injury firms in Rhode Island is building a workers' compensation practice and looking for an experienced workers' comp attorney to build and lead the team. This firm has a very strong advertising presence and already receives many workers' comp cases but currently farms them out, meaning they already have business and are savvy marketers such that they will continue to bring in business. Position requires (1) an active license to practice law in both Massachusetts AND Rhode Island (2) 5+ years of workers' compensation experience in both Massachusetts AND Rhode Island; (3) the desire to build and lead a team. Role can be 100% remote, in-office or hybrid (your choice). This is a base + commission role. $100-120K base salary. Earning expectation of multiple hundreds of thousands to $1M+ as you build and expand the team.

Manage workers' compensation matters from intake to settlement or trial. Build a team and manage the paralegals and attorneys.
