Looking to build your career and design your future? We are seeking a fast paced and self-sufficient Billing Specialist to join our team in West Plano. In this role, you will be responsible for generating a high volume of invoices, verifying billing data, and addressing any billing inquiries. You will collaborate heavily with various internal departments in regards to contract terms, pricing agreements, and company policies. Responsibilities
Generate and process invoices based on contract terms and billing schedules in a accurate and timely manner
Verify billing data for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
Respond to billing inquiries from customers, internal teams, and other stakeholders in a prompt and professional manner
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes and coordinate to the proper departments as needed
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing billing related inquiries
Identify opportunities to streamline billing processes and improve efficiency in invoicing procedures
Maintain accurate and organized billing records and documentation
Prepare billing reports
