Join our dynamic HR team! We're hiring an Entry-Level HR Generalist to support recruitment, employee relations, training, and HR administration. salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year

Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding:

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate new hire orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Maintain accurate records in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) regarding employee information and status changes.

Employee Relations:

  • Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide timely and effective assistance.

  • Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Training and Development:

  • Support the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

  • Coordinate training sessions and workshops, both internally and externally.

  • Track employee training progress and maintain training records.

  • HR Administration:

  • Assist with the administration of HR policies and procedures.

  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR-related metrics and initiatives.
