Service Coordinator

Want to be part of a growing medical equipment firm? Want to know how you can make a difference using your communication and organizational skills? We are looking for Service Coordinator for a medical equipment firm in Pine Brook, NJ. In this role you will work alongside field technicians to schedule and dispatch to customers as necessary, while communicating with customers for update them on the process and ensuring all product related requests are reapired and fulfilled. Pay rate: $45,760-$49,920, permanent position Hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday, 100% on-site


  • Communicate with technicians to schedule appointments for equipment to be serviced, provide notes

  • Send letters, quotes, service updates to consumers

  • Create changes to paperwork as needed, submit to technicians to guarantee all parts are included, preparing, finalizing orders for invoicing

  • Forwarding invoices to consumers for purchase orders and providing updates until received, then gathering details on outstanding purchase orders for weekly meeting with accounting team

  • Further inquiring on outstanding quotes to guarantee receipts and update whether customer desires repair, alter quotes depending on customer necessities

  • Responding to inbound calls for service, adjusting reporting on a daily basis

  • Coordinate billing on a monthly basis for consumers with service contracts

  • Adjusting, posting, processing, creating recompensation tickets for warranty labor from third party service firms

  • Processing part transfers, supply requests

  • Responding to consumer inquiries on status

  • Field inbound sale
