Randstad has 5 immediate opportunities for a Baking company in the City of Pico Rivera. Temporary opportunity going until about September 28, possibly longer.
Looking for reliable,and flexible individuals that can work overtime and weekends.
5 days a week= Tues, Wednesday, Thursday, must be able to work weekends. 2nd shift: 4pm-12:00am
Prior warehouse experience is needed. If you have worked in a food manufacturing/ distribution environment, it is preferred.
These positions will not be available for long!
salary: $19.61 - $19.62 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
5 days a week= Tues, Wednesday, Thursday, must be able to work weekends.
2nd shift: 4pm-12:00am
This position is responsible for the front-line distribution operations that perform various duties including moving stacks of product, using pick-to-light programs or voice-activated equipment, filling orders to a route, loading and unloading trucks, etc. Take appropriate action to ensure the integrity and sustained certification of the food safety and food quality system. Responsible for reporting and taking any necessary action to prevent food safety and food quality problems from occurring. General warehouse tasks.
-Must be able to lift/carry up to 50lbs throughout the shift
-Wear steel toe shoes/boots, and follow food safety compliance GMP's such as wearing a hair net, etc.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
working up to 4 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
