salary: $20 - $23 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 6 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

SHIFT: Training: 22-24 weeks, 100% attendance required - Schedule: M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm local; Hybrid

Work hours: 9:30 am-6 pm local time

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls to assist clients with account changes after life events (opening new accounts, transferring assets, updating information)

  • Understand and explain different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts) and related regulations

  • Guide beneficiaries through the inheritance process, including web registration and paperwork

  • Perform administrative tasks to secure decedent's information and assets

  • Develop basic knowledge of funds, products, services, and the financial services industry
