Responsibilities
SHIFT: Training: 22-24 weeks, 100% attendance required - Schedule: M-F 8:30 am-5:00 pm local; Hybrid
Work hours: 9:30 am-6 pm local time
Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls to assist clients with account changes after life events (opening new accounts, transferring assets, updating information)
Understand and explain different investment account types (IRA, Individual, trust accounts) and related regulations
Guide beneficiaries through the inheritance process, including web registration and paperwork
Perform administrative tasks to secure decedent's information and assets
Develop basic knowledge of funds, products, services, and the financial services industry
