Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
Handling customer concerns promptly and professionally
Resolving and diagnosing customer problems or issues
Processing changes to delivery orders
Monitoring progress on routes of deliveries

Call Center Support (1 year of experience is required)
