salary: $43,000 - $45,000 per year
shift: Second
work hours: 3 PM - 1 AM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Complies with corporate and plant safety standards and with applicable laws and regulations issued by regulatory agencies.
Operate blow-mold machines (including wheels, reciprocating or shuttle machines) to ensure production of quality bottles and perform audits, weights and quality checks. Adhere to quality control and to blow mold process procedure.
Troubleshoot and perform minor repair on blow-mold and support equipment.
Assist mechanics with preventive maintenance, mold, neck and blow pin and other mechanical changes.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
standing for 10 hours at one time
working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
working weekends
