Your responsibilities will include coordinating drivers, managing paperwork such as driver logs and inspection reports, and maintaining compliance with DOT regulations. You'll also be crucial in handling administrative tasks like billing, fuel reporting, and payroll, all while prioritizing safety and efficiency. work hours: 4 PM - 4 AM

Responsibilities
Dispatch shuttle drivers and oversee their routes, ensuring adherence to schedules.
Input driver logs, complete drive route bags, and process Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs).
Perform data entry for shuttle billing, fuel log reporting, payroll, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to billing and lease driver reporting.
Enter metrics and billing information accurately into our tracking database.
Maintain meticulous records of driver paperwork, ensuring accuracy or flagging issues for resolution.
Handle inquiries from supervisors and customers promptly and professionally, both in person and over the phone.
Organize and file paperwork systematically for easy retrieval.
Identify areas needing corrective action and escalate issues as necessary.
Assist with administrative and scheduling tasks as required.
Undertake special projects as assigned by the Contract General Manager.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
standing for 7 hours at one time
working weekends
