job summary:
Permanent Position with growth opportunities! Our client is a leading manufacturer of refrigeration equipment, located 30 minutes south of the Atlanta airport. We're looking for a Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of Product Design experience, Project management skills, testing, and designing mechanical and electromechanical components for new products and existing products.
This is an onsite, career-enhancing role. Work alongside other engineers who are passionate about designing quality products.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field or an equivalent combination of education and industry experience
Demonstrable experience leading projects across multiple business functions
Refrigeration experience - HVAC/R ideal.
Experience designing and testing mechanical and electromechanical components
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with Creo and Windchill or similar CAD software
Familiarity with manufacturing processes / Fabrication, sheet metal, etc.
Excellent communication skills
Team-oriented and collaborative

Lead projects by interacting with other departments within the company
