Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination.
Provide exceptional front-desk service, including handling phone calls and welcoming patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and handle administrative duties using electronic health record systems, with a preference for those experienced in Epic.
Support patient inquiries with informed responses using basic medical terminology.
Requirements:
Proven experience in medical reception, appointment scheduling, and health record management.
Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic health record systems, especially Epic.
strong communication and organizational skills.
A patient-centric approach and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
