A Huge Healthcare Company is seeking a Leaves and Disabilty Professional to Join the Team! Location - Hybrid - 393 E. Walnut St.
Pasadena, CA 91188
Essential Responsibilities:
Oversee and provide direction to support staff with respect to daily operations, prioritization of Disability Leaves/ Attendance projects, operational standards and performance management.
Manage full range of oversight for the Disability Leaves/Attendance team.
Ensure alignment with key stakeholders and Disability Leave/Attendance teams assigned to department initiatives.
Responsible for planning, developing, assessing and evaluating cases for action and/or follow-up including overseeing the interactive process.
Provide recommendations to leadership team for allocation of resources and temporary staffing.
Consult with management in providing job accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of a job. Demonstrate initiative in identifying alternative solutions to issues in projects and/or departmental processes.
Provide recommendations to the leadership team as needed to ensure successful completion of project milestones and departmental objectives
Responsible for ensuring that business processes for functional components of Disability Leaves/Attendance database are current and adhered to by staff.
salary: $36 - $36.5 per hour

Responsibilities
Description
External Supervise the Disability Leaves/Attendance day to day operations division within PHR Benefits.
Provide high quality and cost-effective management within the Disability Leave/Attendance division to help identify and resolve issues of strategic importance.
Oversee the process, workflow and work product of Disability Leaves/Attendance staff in the department.
Lead and develop team to support overall strategy, guidelines and procedures established for Disability Leaves/Attendance.
Lead the design, implementation and administration of system solutions to manage and track Disability Leaves/Attendance related processes.
Provide support to the leadership team with a focus on creating efficient solutions to solve for the current state while being mindful of long term departmental objectives.
Act as a liaison to project teams working through Disability Leaves/Attendance initiatives while ensuring overall alignment of objectives and project milestones.
