Job opportunity available with a leading healthcare company in Downey, CA. They are seeking an experienced DME Healthcare Clerk. If you desire weekly pay, the opportunity to work partially remote, and gain admirable experience with a reputable company, then this is the job for you! Contract position with the option to extend and access to full-time openings companywide!

Responsibilities
Answering phoned
Reviewing healthcare benefits
Eligibility verification
Receives, reviews and authorizes the referrals for DME and P&O orders.
Receives, reviews and processes referrals for DME and P&O orders.
Review and complete the Notice of Non-Coverage (NONC) Process
Interprets Benefits for each patient as it applies to DME criteria
Maintains an understanding of Regulatory Requirements
Investigates and tracks pertinent patient information.
Authorize and orders equipment from outside vendors, analyzing and processing DME forms and reviews medical review to ascertain appropriateness of ordered equipment or prosthesis.
