Tatum by Randstad is presently conducting a search for a Director, FP&A for a fast-paced PE Backed Healthcare organization based in Southern CA. Company offers opportunity with visibility to executive leadership, opportunities for professional development, and friendly team. California candidates only.

responsibilities:
Reporting to the CFO, this role is 100% remote and will be responsible for:
Leading the company's strategic annual planning and forecasting activities, variance analysis, data analysis and interpretation, and KPI reporting
Function as an integral thought partner to executive management team, leveraging financial and business acumen to provide data-supported recommendations on key company-wide initiatives
Create complex financial models to support strategic business decision making, including labor retention initiatives, payor negotiations, market entry/exit, M&A activity
Prepare and present materials to monthly board of directors and lender meetings
Collaborate heavily with senior leadership across the enterprise to drive operational efficiency and adherence to corporate goals; regular interactions with Field Operations, Clinical teams, Research, Facilities, Revenue Cycle, Contracting, Recruiting, Human Resources, and Intake
Lead enterprise process transformation through automation "think tanks" and workshops, six-sigma style process mapping, and development of new dashboards and tools by leveraging in-house and external technologies
Lead project management office to prioritize and coordinate development resources for large, cross-functional work-streams
qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 10 + years of experience, a foundation in Private Equity, Consulting, or Investment Banking, top-notch verbal and written communication skills, and be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.
