Responsibilities:cript

  • Work with our Global and North American teams, collect and define business requirements for the s (TekWave), Client Portal and SSE.

  • Manage application development life cycle, support testing efforts, technology infrastructure/project management and development of required technical solution documentation.

  • Lead management of multiple application testing and production instances, including integration with Oracle Cloud and Infor EMS, creating necessary supporting technical architecture documentation.

  • Lead team in requirement gathering, functional & technical documentation, system configuration, system testing, deployment and post-go live support.

  • Partner with team in designing and developing test plans, test cases, and test automation framework.

  • Manage Change Management and Defect Management for applications creating supporting technical and analytical documentation.

  • Collaborate with team in identifying risks and forming contingency plans.

  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting of the systems including integrated applications.

  • Additional duties as assigned by management.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field plus three (3) to five (5) years of related experience in application design, testing, implementation, control and maintenance or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform essential functional of the job, as determined by the company

  • Demonstrated knowledge of application life cycle management

Competencies (as demonstrated through experience, training, and/or testing):

  • Experience in using an application planning, development, delivery, and operations tool (e.g., Azure Dev Ops).

  • Experience with change request management processes and producing necessary support documentation.

  • Experience in automation scripting preferred.

  • Experience working with partner teams (e.g., platform systems administrators, product software reliability engineers, or other business functions).

  • Experience managing cross-functional projects involving partners from different organizations.

  • Ability to guide, mentor, or lead team members and the ability to present insights/reports based on analysis.

The Client Operations Technical Lead will be responsible for providing leadership, design, and technical expertise related to our client's' Business and Client Operations systems, Vision (TrackTik), Visitor Management System (TekWave) and our Client Portal. Partner with our North American and Global teams to define business requirements, design technical solutions, manage application development life cycle, configure & implement enhancements and integrations, and provide ongoing support and maintenance of the systems.
