Randstad is looking to hire Production Associates! Cornerstone is a premier exterior building solutions provider serving both the residential and commercial markets across North America. The building products we manufacture are the cornerstone of the communities where people live, work and play -from homes to hospitals, grade schools to grocery stores, manufacturing facilities to municipal buildings and beyond.

• Pay Rate: $17.50-$18.50 per hour

• Weekend Shift: 7am - 7pm Fridays and 6am - 7pm Saturdays and Sundays

• Start date: ASAP

• must pass background and drug test *

salary: $17.5 - $18.5 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 6 AM - 7 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform repetitive workstation operations to mass-produce windows, doors, and glass units

• May support the window operations in delivering, wrapping, loading, and unloading of materials or windows

• Perform any workstation function using hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers

• Understand and carry out verbal instructions

• Read and carry out simple written instructions

• Read work orders, labels, and schedules

• Use a tape measure (will be asked to read measurements during interview), inspect, examine, and observe for product defects

• Make fraction and decimal conversions

• Operate any equipment needed to perform a job

• Perform other duties as assigned

• Provide on-the-job training to new employees

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Must be at least 18 years of age to

• Must be authorized to work in the US

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

• Ability to carry out written or verbal instructions

• Ability to stand for extended periods

• Preferably with experience in manufacturing

• Preferably with experience reading a tape measure

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waist
