ATTENTION SENIOR ACCOUNTANTS! We are looking to hire an experienced Sr. Accountant for a property management company in the NW metro area of Minneapolis. If you are looking for a collaborative work environment, flexible schedule, upward mobility and positive work environment, this is for you. We are looking for a professional, tenured Accountant to start mid July. Full benefits package, onsite training and hybrid schedule after 90 days. Are you ready to make a move?
salary: $80,000 - $85,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: Bachelors
Responsibilities
Prepare journal entries, general ledger transaction analysis, standard prepaid & accrual accounting, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts & bank account reconciliations with proper documentation
Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements and audit preparation
Process Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable as assigned
Sales & Use Tax returns and remittances
Maintain Fixed Asset ledgers
Prepare complete and accurate 1099 reporting
Budget preparation
Skills
Financial Analysis (3 years of experience is preferred)
Audit - Internal (3 years of experience is preferred)
Journal Entries
General Ledger
Budgeting (3 years of experience is required)
Budgeting Forecasting & Management Reporting (3 years of experience is required)
