Our client, a leader in the entertainment industry, is looking for a Project Coordinator. Key qualifications include, 3+ years of experience in a project and office environment, and the ability to read CAD drawings/blueprints. An AA degree or equivalent work experience is required.

location: Lake Buena Vista, Florida

salary: $30 - 35 per hour

work hours: 8am to 4pm

responsibilities:

General ordering from SAP and other vendors, vehicle management, assisting with mail services, assisting with space planning, sending out communications, assisting with onboarding and offboarding, coordinating with other members of the Facilities and Operations team to complete tasks related to tenant improvement, moves, billing, vehicles, mail, AV, and warehousing. Coordinate with vendors to bid work, conduct punch walks, ensure work is properly completed, and track billing. Assist in the coordination of internal labor to support day-to-day operations. Assist the Facilities and Operations project lead in developing program documentation, including writing and defining scope, estimates, and schedules, as well as providing direction to maintain project costs within budget. Other administrative projects as assigned.
