Overview Our client is hiring Virtual Spanish/English Insurance Project Coaches who are responsible for supervising and developing a team of insurance service or sales consultants. Your role will focus on driving performance, building a motivated team, and fostering individual skill development in a virtual environment.

salary: $40,000 - $42,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Maximize Team Potential: Work closely with your team to leverage their natural talents and maximize their performance.

  • Team Management: Supervise a team of 15 or more virtual insurance service or sales consultants who engage with existing and prospective customers to offer tailored solutions. Utilize technology and proven leadership skills to ensure continued consultant development and confidence in a virtual environment.

  • Collaboration: Partner with management and peers to identify best practices and brainstorm solutions to both minor and major challenges.

  • Performance Improvement: Identify opportunities for individual and team performance enhancement, implement improvement processes, and close performance gaps.

  • Conflict Resolution: Effectively resolve conflicts and achieve outstanding results by balancing empathy, care, and performance for both customers and staff.

  • Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as managing time off, approving payroll adjustments, ensuring schedule adherence, and monitoring performance metrics.
