Do you already have Warehouse Lead experience? Are you ready to play a critical role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of warehouse operations? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. If you like to make an impact on others, this Warehouse Lead position may be a fit for you. In this role you will be in charge of supervising a department and guiding associates to meet daily goals. Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operations for a logistics center.
Involved in the training process for new hire orientation, scheduling, and performance management.
Ensuring accruate inventory levels through proper tracking, recording, labeling and organization of products within warehouse setting.
Act as a liasion between warehouse staff, management, and other departments to ensure collaboration.
Coordinating different functions with vendors, customers and internal associates.
In charge of picking, packing and eventualy shipment of orders in a timely manner.
Adhering to all safety measures established in Safety Guidlines and implementing new strategies to ensure team upholds the most safe practices.
Generate production reports based on key performance metrics.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
manual lifting up to 40lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
