Calling all experienced soldering technicians! If you have experience repairing circuitboards, PC boards, or experience in electromechanical subassembly, this may be a fit for you. In this role you will inspect and test wiring installations, assemblies, and circuits for resistance factors and for operation; and record results. If this sounds like you, feel free to today! Responsibilities
Complete repair according to work order and quality procedures, including collaborating with repair team and other departments to perform all repairs against due dates and lab metrics
Accurately document repair process including, but not limited to recording interim quality checks and/or any issues with repair
Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment, and/or material to supervisor
Supports repair team in the evaluation of probes as equipment enters and leaves the repair lab, including documentation of evaluation, testing for proper functioning, troubleshooting, and identification of equipment failures.
Complies with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements per ISO:13485 2016 standards and the Company's Quality Management System
Identifies improvement opportunities to processes and offers applications and solutions to promoteoptimal efficiency
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 40lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
