Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance with their water treatment needs. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services. This is a Temporary to Perm Job Opportunity! This role requires communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.

  • Provide product information, pricing, and recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.

  • Process orders, service requests, and returns accurately and efficiently.

  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues and inquiries.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback on products and services.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products.

  • Stay updated on company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide accurate information to customers.

  • Assist with administrative tasks and special projects as needed to support the customer service team.

salary: $20 - $22 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School
