Responsibilities
Continuously produces at an acceptable level of productivity with some supervision.
Verifies and refers to Bill of Materials (BOM).
Produces high-quality welds with good workmanship and very minimal rejects.
Capable of setting own machine for materials welded, producing little smoke or splatter.
Produces acceptable-quality welds with good workmanship and very few rejects.
Reads and understands weld prints and symbols. Completes own work to print requirements.
Able to manufacture products to specifications without a fixture. This is accomplished using a weld table,prints, tape measure, protractor, clamps, etc.
Performs other duties as assigned.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 40lbs
standing for 8 hours at one time
