Our client near Boston, MA is looking for a PCBA Process Engineer to add to their growing team. Candidates should come equipped with an engineering degree in the related discipline or equivalent work experience. Candidates should also have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Printed Circuit Board Assembly. Experience in mechanical or electro-mechanical engineering is definitely preferred. responsibilities:
Proficient in establishing and resolving issues across all standard printed circuit board assembly processes.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 AS9100 practices and adherence to IPC-610-A Workmanship Standards is essential.
Assist in aligning production schedules to ensure customer satisfaction and meet company revenue objectives.
Continuously monitor operations, leveraging training and experience to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
Contribute to the generation and presentation of process metrics.
Capable of managing multiple tasks with a keen sense of urgency.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work autonomously with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in analyzing information, presenting research findings, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Skilled in addressing customer issues related to processes.
