Office Services Site Supervisor

We are working with a client company in Norwalk, CT to fill a permanent, direct-hire Office Services Site Supervisor role.

Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

$16-16.50/hr

Responsibilities:

Oversee mail, copy, reception, shipping/receiving, etc. Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients, employees and the operations team. Maintain effective written and oral communications with clients and employees.

Helps to ensure maximization of productivity through efficient use of standard operating procedures.

Assist the Operation Manager to manage, train and coach employees and develop a work environment that promotes high motivation and customer satisfaction.

Ensure proper and safe usage of all equipment used by site employees.

Operate mailing, copy and fax equipment.

Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude.

Filing, copying, data entry, word processing, sending and receiving faxes, sorting mail and all other administrative tasks as assigned.

Shipping & Receiving.

Working hours: 8:15 AM - 5:15 PM

Skills:

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and familiarity with computer basics is preferred

  • Ability to communicate both verbally and written with customers and other employees both one-on-one and during meetings

  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems

  • Must have customer service skills and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service

  • Must have ability to multi-task, manage multiple accounts and establish priorities

High School

Experience:

Entry Level

Qualifications:

  • One to two years' experience office services, managing facilities management accounts for law firms, colleges, facilities management companies and/or corporate accounts.

  • Ability to prepare reports and present information to customers

  • Knowledge of supervisory techniques to manage, motivate and train employees
