Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers and decimals.
-Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
-Organized, able to meet deadlines and self-directed.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team setting.
Proficient in MS Office.
Previous experience with SAP a plus.
Determines method and mode of shipment to customer requirements.
Compares identifying information: counts, weighs, and measures items of incoming and outgoing
shipments to verify against bills of lading, invoices, orders, or other records.
- Prepares and expedites shipments: determines labeling requirements, assembles and packs product
containers, and prepares and affixes shipping labels.
- Receive new inventory, repairs, and other items
-Unpacks, examines and routes incoming shipments, and corresponds with shipper to rectify damages
and shortages. Maintains accurate count of inventory
-Maintains inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
Maintain a clean warehouse
Load/unload trucks.
-Answer customer or sales questions on shipment and tracking information.
-Assist other departments as necessary
-Responsible for own personal safety, the safety of the team and those around you.
