Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative with a passion for helping people? Looking to work Part Time? We have a career opportunity for you! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in the Newville, PA area. This position will be in-office only with flexible scheduling (approximately 20-24/Hours a week). Responsibilities
Handle Inquiries: Respond to customer questions via phone, email, or chat.
Resolve Issues: Address and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
Process Orders: Assist with placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns.
Maintain Records: Document customer interactions and update databases.
Provide Support: Offer product recommendations and upsell when appropriate.
