Permanent Position: Seeking a PLC Controls Technician for a parts manufacturer in Newnan, GA. The PLC Controls Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of control systems, in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. You need to have hands-on experience building panels, wiring, troubleshooting PLCs, editing PLC programs, etc. This position offers great benefits with plenty of room for growth! responsibilities:
Installs, programs, maintains, and troubleshoots logic for HMI displays
Electrical troubleshooting of PLCs and HMIs
Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components on automated equipment
Diagnose and modify ladder logic as needed
Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on schedule
Complete all maintenance documentation; including checklists, part/material order forms, and maintenance scheduling forms
