Are you able to work independently and meet deadlines? Have you worked in a Customer Service role for a manufacturing company? Please ! This position provides administrative support to the Account Management team. You MUST HAVE excellent MS Excel skills, including VLookup due to the large amount of data you will manage. This is a contract position lasting up to 6 months; office position; NO REMOTE work. Apply online for consideration; no emails please.

salary: $18 - $20 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Managing updates of orders for a large client using MS Excel; must be continually monitored and updated

  • Professional communication/interaction with other departments to gather data for the client

  • Documenting updated information into the spreadsheet

  • Attending internal meetings about the status of the list Monday and Thursday mornings

  • SAP knowledge preferred (or other ERP)

  • Excellent MS Excel skills; formulas and VLookUp

  • Well organized and detail oriented with business writing/communication skills

  • Manufacturing Administrative experience required

  • Punctual and able to meet deadlines

Skills

  • Admin for Manufacturing (1 year of experience is required)

  • MS Excel (5 years of experience is required)

  • Account Management (2 years of experience is required)

  • Professional communication (1 year of experience is required)

  • SAP (1 year of experience is preferred)
