responsibilities:
As a Full Stack Engineer, you'll be deeply involved in the entire lifecycle of new features, improvements, and issue resolution across one or more software platforms. Collaboration with our Product Management team is integral, as you'll be refining requirements, reviewing ongoing work, and addressing any issues encountered during manual testing phases.
Responsibilities:
Manage the development of web applications using React for the frontend and Ruby on Rails for the backend.
Develop unit and integration tests utilizing RSpec.
Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings.
Engage in Peer Code Reviews as part of our standardized Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Change processes.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience, particularly in building enterprise SaaS cloud-based solutions.
At least 3 years of hands-on Ruby on Rails development experience.
A minimum of 3 years working with modern JavaScript frameworks like React.
Over 2 years of experience in front end and back-end test automation development using RSpec, Cucumber, or similar tools.
Technical leadership or management experience is advantageous.
Demonstrated proficiency in relational database concepts and modeling.
Familiarity with cloud-based technologies such as Kubernetes (K8S) and AWS.
Proficiency in Agile/Kanban methodologies.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Benefits:
The base salary for this role ranges from $130,000 to $160,000.
