Join a reputable Architecture & Design firm, where the Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in expanding the firm's reach. You'll research and manage a database of potential clients, coordinate proposal submissions, and support promotional activities to drive growth. Administrative tasks include budget management, event scheduling, and CRM maintenance, all vital for our success. Requirements include:
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Design, or Architecture.
3-5 years of experience in Architecture, Interior Design, Real Estate or related field.
4-5+ years of business development and some marketing experience.
Copywriting, communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in Google Drive/Docs, Microsoft Office, and CRM systems (Pipedrive preferred).
salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities
Business Development:
Maintain a comprehensive CRM list of prospective clients for targeted communication.
Manage the business development pipeline and coordinate proposal production.
Schedule and manage meetings with prospective clients and internal team meetings.
Attend relevant industry events and conferences.
Press:
Manage press contacts and archive press database.
Handle press inquiries and coordinate with project teams and marketing.
Liaise with the publicist and assist with PR and press communications.
Coordinate press activities with the marketing team.
Promotions:
Assist partners with industry speaking engagements and events.
Coordinate BD initiatives with social media strategy.
Collaborate with marketing on developing and updating marketing materials and digital presence.
Administration:
Support partners in strategic planning and maintain annual budgets.
Manage a comprehensive event calendar and assist with project archives.
Provide regular reporting against established benchmarks.
