salary: $22 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities
Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Support the accounting team with various administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain organized documentation and filing systems for financial records.
Collaborate with vendors, clients, and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.
Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
