Responsibilities
Paralegal with injury or medical malpractice.
Must have medical terminology, medical records or medical research experience.
Will attend client meetings, interview witnesses, conduct factual and medical research, prepare case summaries, draft correspondence and documents, managing case records, and assisting with deposition and trial preparation.
Excellent written, verbal, and organizational abilities are essential.
Ability to be proactive and willing to take the initiative.
Must be detailed, conscientious, with the ability to focus.
