Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in all phases of litigation, including trial preparation, document management, and discovery.
Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
Manage case files and maintain up-to-date records and databases.
Coordinate and communicate with clients, witnesses, and court officials.
Prepare trial exhibits, witness lists, and other trial-related materials.
Handle electronic filing of court documents in state and federal courts.
Schedule and coordinate depositions, hearings, and meetings.
Summarize depositions, interrogatories, and testimonies.
