Responsibilities
Conduct site visits and review plans and specifications
Produce accurate estimates by considering all project factors
Develop budgets for construction phase services
Provide estimates for change orders
Act as a liaison between clients and subcontractors
Maintain communication channels between all parties involved
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously
Maintain organized files of working documents, pricing information, and quotations
Advise management on cost and schedule fluctuations
Review design options and recommend engineering alternatives
Participate in descope and turnover meetings with project management
Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and meet client expectations
Utilize 3+ years of mechanical, large project, and commercial or industrial cost estimating experience
Demonstrate proficiency with computers and software such as Excel and Microsoft Office
