We are excited to welcome a passionate and results-driven Collections Representative to our vibrant team in Mount Laurel, NJ! As a Collections Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our financial stability by managing business-to-business (B2B) collections. Join us and be a key player in driving our success through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
Salary: $22 per hour
Work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
Education: High School
Responsibilities
Here's what you'll be doing:
Perform heavy outbound calling to clients for B2B collections.
Collaborate with the team to meet collection targets and deadlines.
Interact extensively with Canon's customers to resolve billing and payment issues.
Here's what you'll need to interview:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience in collections (required)
Experience w/ Microsoft Excel
