Randstad US MSP Program Manager in Montreal, Quebec
RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE:
Vous gérerez une équipe de programme de fournisseur de services (MSP) et assumerez la responsabilité quotidienne des prestations de services à un compte désigné. En tant que leader accompli, vous mettrez en œuvre des stratégies pour atteindre des chiffres de niveau de service sous contrat; gérez les ventes et la prestation de services pour atteindre le meilleur résultat final; vous aurez la responsabilité budgétaire; gérerez les buts et les objectifs; et serez en charge de maintenir la communication avec les clients existants pour assurer un développement commercial réussi.
RESPONSABILITÉS:
Servir en tant que point de contact quotidien pour les sponsors et la gestion des clients
Répondre aux questions et résoudre les problèmes opérationnels ou tactiques en temps reparti
Communiquer avec les fournisseurs concernant les exigences de service pour les exigences de compte et fournir des commentaires concernant les performances
Développer le processus de commande et les exigences de support. Créer et gérer tous les documents spécifiques au compte pour les initiatives de formation et de soutien
Élaborer et surveiller les exigences en matière de rapports sur les mesures du compte / client, concevoir des plans d'action associés à l'augmentation des taux de remplissage
Développer les meilleures pratiques pour faciliter les processus de gestion des commandes et augmenter les taux de soumission de CV et de placements. Coacher, motiver et diriger l'équipe pour atteindre les résultats souhaités
Etre le mentor d'une équipe de subordonnés; participer activement au développement des employés; examiner et fournir des commentaires sur les performances
ÉDUCATION:
Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent requis
Diplôme Baccalauréat fortement souhaité
EXPÉRIENCE:
3 à 5 années d'expérience dans le secteur du Staffing ainsi que 3 à 5 années d'expérience en gestion de personnel à titre de gestionnaire de compte
COMPÉTENCES REQUISES:
Bilingue en français et anglais
Expérience MSP en tant que MSP ou en tant que fournisseur
Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion des fournisseurs VMS - ex. Fieldglass, Beeline
Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Fortes aptitudes client et compétences justifiées en service client
Excellentes compétences en communication et bonnes capacités interpersonnelles et organisationnelles
Expérience confirmée dans la gestion de grands comptes ou de projets complexes
Soucieux des détails afin de produire des résultats de qualité en améliorant continuellement le système et les processus
Solides compétences en gestion basées sur plusieurs années d'expérience, y compris le développement des personnes et la consolidation d'équipe

déterminé que les tâches liées au poste de coordinateur(rice) de gestionnaire de programme MSP nécessitent la connaissance de l’anglais en plus du français (à l’oral et à l’écrit). Nous avons également déterminé que la connaissance de l’anglais déjà exigée des autres employés ne permet pas l’exécution des tâches nécessitant la connaissance de l’anglais liées au poste de
gestionnaire de programme MSP. Cependant, Randstad restreint le plus possible le nombre de postes pour lesquels elle exige la connaissance d’une autre langue pour assurer l’accomplissement
efficace de sa mission.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position will manage a Managed Service Provider (MSP) Program Team which will own the day-to-day responsibility for service delivery to an assigned account. Leader by example; implement strategies to achieve contracted service level metrics; manage sale and delivery of services to achieve agreed end result; budget accountability; goals and objectives management; maintain communication with established clients to ensure successful business development.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serve as day-to-day point of contact for client sponsorship and management
Resolve operational or tactical questions or problems in a timely manner
Communicate with suppliers regarding servicing requirements for account requirement and provide feedback on performance
Develop order process and support requirements. Create and maintain all account specific documents for training and support initiatives.
Develop and monitor account/client metrics reporting requirements and develop action plans associated with increasing fill rates
Work to develop best practices to streamline order management processes and increase resume submittal and placement rates Coach, motivate and direct team to achieve desired results
Mentor a team of direct reports; actively participate in employee development; review and provide feedback on performance
EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
EXPERIENCE:
MSP experience either as the MSP or as a Supplier
Experience managing people in an account management capacity
SKILLS REQUIRED:
Familiar with VMS Vendor Management Systems – ex. Fieldglass, Beeline
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
Strong customer focus and customer service skills
Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex accounts or projects
Must be detailed oriented with a concern for quality expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
Strong management skills based on several years of experience, including people development and team building
