This opportunity starts with training onsite at the Minnetonka, MN location, but transitions to remote after training. You must reside local to Minnetoka to because training is onsite. Paid training, 5 days work week - 8 hour shifts. This is a temp job that provides the opportunity of becoming permanent. Candidates with experience in customer service, retail or sales industry are encouraged to ! The first three weeks of training are onsite and then the position becomes FULLY REMOTE. salary: $16 per hour PLUS bonuses based on the # of appointments you book and calls per hour you make. You can make as much as an extra $1-3/hr so your hourly rate could go up to $19/hr.
shift: Office hours are M-F 7am-4pm, can make your own schedule as long as you work a minimum of 30 hours weekly (can work 40)

Responsibilities
Responsible for making outbound cold calls over the phone
Provide support to sales team by calling prospective customers and scheduling appointments for them to meet with a Sales Representative
Work effectively with sales
Obtain Emails from prospects
Ensure the proper handling of all appointments throughout the entire sales process
Complete all reporting duties required by management
Follow up on all pre-written appointments
Anticipate / overcome objections
